1. Introduction
 66 RideUSA (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, disclosed and protected when you use the 66 RideUSA website and mobile applications. By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

• Applications include the iOS Driver, iOS Customer, Android Driver and Android Customer apps.
• Personal Data means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Usage Data means data collected automatically.
• Service means the website and applications.
• Service Provider means any entity processing information on behalf of 66 RideUSA.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect account details, contact information, profile photographs, driver documents, payment-related information, ride history, customer support communications, precise location (when authorized), device identifiers, IP address, crash logs, diagnostics and usage information.

4. Face Data (Identity Verification)

When identity verification is enabled, the app confirms, with your in-app consent, that the person using the driver account is the registered driver.

A liveness check runs first: images of your face and, on supported devices, depth data are processed entirely on your device; depth data is never stored or transmitted and is discarded when the check completes.

A selfie is then transmitted securely to Ondemand Apps OU, our data processor operating the app’s software platform, which compares it with your reference photograph using AWS Rekognition as a sub-processor.

We keep face data no longer than needed and never indefinitely: the selfie is deleted automatically once verification completes, at the latest immediately upon completion or interruption of the verification session after capture; the reference photograph is kept while your driver account is active, since repeated checks require an image to compare against, and is deleted within 30 days after the account closes; after each check only the pass/fail result and its date are retained, containing no face data.

Face data is shared with no one except the two providers named above, solely to perform the verification; AWS processes the images transiently, does not retain them after the call completes, and does not use them to train or improve its services.

Face data is never used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or analytics, and is never sold.

5. Location Data
 With your permission, precise location may be collected while using the app and, where applicable, in the background to provide ride matching, navigation, fare calculation, fraud prevention, safety features and customer support.

6. Permissions

The applications may request access to the following, solely to provide requested features:

• Location
• Camera
• Photos
• Notifications
• Microphone (where applicable)

7. Cookies and Tracking
 We use cookies, SDKs, tags and similar technologies to improve performance, security and user experience.

8. How We Use Personal Data

We use data to:

• Create accounts.
• Provide transportation services.
• Verify identity.
• Process payments.
• Communicate with users.
• Improve the Service.
• Detect fraud.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Respond to support requests.

9. Third-Party Services

Information may be shared with payment processors, cloud providers, Ondemand Apps OU, AWS Rekognition, analytics providers and authorities where required by law. Service providers are contractually required to protect personal information.

 Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary for operational, contractual, legal, tax, fraud prevention and dispute resolution purposes.

11. Your Privacy Rights

12. International Transfers
 Information may be processed outside your country using appropriate safeguards.

13. Children’s Privacy
 The Service is not intended for children under 18 years of age.

14. Security
 66 RideUSA uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No electronic system is completely secure.

15. Changes to this Policy
 We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be identified by an updated “Last Updated” date and additional notice where required.
